This plate fits on top of the hob, the perfect addition for cooking eggs, meats or fish as the grooved plate funnels fat away from the food creating healthier food while searing the taste inside. The pan supports are made from an enamelled durable cast iron that will last a life time while giving your pans the support they need for powerful cooking. The Supreme Deluxe SDL90DFFCY/C also features 3 seperate cavities.The top left cavity contains a 'Glide out Grill'. This grill is place on telescopic rails for smooth extraction and insertion.
