We don’t know about you but we’ve never found three-legged stools to be completely stable. That’s why we have a fourth leg – and that’s Customer Care. Our Mission therefore is to ensure that our valued customers receive the best Quality Home and Domestic Appliances at the best Value prices and receive the best Service in terms of knowledge and advice to enable you to make informed decisions on the right Gas or Electric Appliance for your needs. This is underpinned by our Customer Care which begins the moment you log onto our website, or phone us, or walk into our retail store. When does it end? The short answer is it doesn’t. When you leave with your new Appliance, or we deliver it to your home, you need to be confident that in the unlikely event that something goes wrong there is someone here you can contact to help you resolve the issue. That’s the Dalzells way. It has stood us in good stead so far and we make it Our Mission to continue in the same way, if not better, for as long as we’re in business.
When your new Appliance is delivered we can offer to unpack it with you and check it over to make sure it’s in perfect condition. It also gives us an opportunity, at your request, to take away the packaging and recycle it or dispose of it properly. In the unlikely event however, that you decide to open it later and discover a fault, then you need our Customer Care service to help you resolve the issue quickly. Should your Appliance develop a fault while it’s still under Warranty or require a Service please either contact us by e-mail to email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)28 3755 1260 and we’ll arrange for the manufacturer’s engineer to visit you in your home to inspect the product. As an alternative you can, or contact the manufacturer direct on the telephone number which you will find under the manufacturer’s name within the Brands page of our website. Once the engineer has inspected the Appliance in your home they will then decide whether to repair or replace the product. The manufacturer may refuse to repair the product if you continue to use it without their express permission after reporting the fault so please make sure you adhere to the instructions given by the engineer.
