The Lacanche - 180cm Bligny Modern Dual Fuel Range Cooker features two large ovens which can be specified as gas, static electric or convection (fan), and a 79-litre simmer oven which offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food and even slow cook and can also be optioned as a 65-litre dual function static/convection electric oven and grill. There is a choice of three hobs (two gas and one induction) and three optional integrated hob elements including electric plancha, additional burners, chargrill, multi cooker, fryer or induction plates.
