The Lacanche - 180cm Bligny Classic Dual Fuel Range Cooker boasts two large ovens which can be specified as gas, static electric or convection (fan) and a 79-ltire simmer oven that can also be specified as a 65-litre dual function static/convection electric oven and grill. There is a choice of three hobs (two gas and one induction) and space for three additional optional integrated hob elements such as an electric plancha, additional burners, chargrill, multi cooker, fryer and induction plates. The Bligny Classic range cooker can be ordered for natural or LPG (bottled) gas or all electric.
