Competition Terms and Conditions

To enter our competitions you must be:

1. A UK or Irish resident; and
2. 18 years old or over at the date of entry.
• Competitions are not open to employees of Dalzell's of Markethill.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Only one entry per person will be considered.
• If you want to enter a competition you must enter through the Armagh Electrical website on the relevant competition page.
• Sending an E-mail to us is not proof that we have received your entry.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries that have been lost or delayed.
• The closing date is as specified in each competition, we reserve the right to amend the competition closing date at any time.
• Competition winners will be notified by e-mail and or by a social media channel. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into therein in relation to the decision.
• Competition winners can be viewed on the relevant competition page.
• On entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in any required promotional activity and material as we at Dalzell's of Markethill may require.
• The judge for each competition will be comprised of the marketing manager and a relevant member of our sales team.
• The prize is not exchangeable for a cash sum or any other prize.
• If the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to provide a suitable alternative prize of an equal or greater value.
• As per our Privacy Policy we will not share entrants personnel information with any third party.
• Entrants will be added to our Newsletter. They may unsubscribe from this having received the initial correspondence.
• Dalzell's of Markethill reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendment will be publicised in the competition area of this website.
• Dalzell's of Markethill will endeavour to delivery prizes to competition winners within two weeks of the competition closing date but we cannot guarantee this delivery window.
