This electric range cooker has two large, 69 litre capacity electric ovens and a smaller, slow cook oven. The main oven is multifunction and comes with a host of functions, including fan oven, conventional oven, fan-assisted oven, base heat, fanned grilling, browning element, defrost and Rapid Response functionality. The right hand oven is fanned offering all over, even cooking results, and there is a thermostatically controlled slow cook oven, perfect for gentle cooking of dishes such as casseroles or drying out meringues. This slow cooker is also ideal for keeping dishes hot prior to serving or for warming plates. The induction hob has five cooking zones with a standard maximum power of between 1.15 kW and 1.85 kW, but benefits from a boost function that enables the maximum power to reach between 2kW and 3 kW offering improved flexibility and controllability. The hob also features pan identification that automatically detects when cookware is removed, and there is a child lock facility for added safety. The induction hob is also easier to clean because the cooking surface is flat and smooth. Positioned on smooth-action telescopic runners, the dual-circuit, glide-out grill makes it easier to check on your food as its cooking and it’s also safe, as it reduces the risk of pulling the grill out too far. The AGA 99030 is available in a wide selection of colour finishes - gloss black, cream, pewter, pearl ashes, and cranberry.
