At Dalzell’s of Markethill we’re always looking for new ways to speak with our customers and to improve our customer service. Having been established for almost 60 Years<\/strong> we think we’re pretty good at it but there’s always room for improvement and new things we can do to add to your shopping experience. As such we’ll now be contacting many of our existing and new customers for a helpful review.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tell us what we do well, what we can improve on and any new service you feel we should or could be offering.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Please be kind and constructive, malice for the sake of it is not cool.<\/strong><\/em> We try very hard but we’re only human and very occasionally we make a mistake, we’ll always try to set things right by you – We want happy customers!<\/em><\/strong> As such Call, Email or Visit Us<\/strong><\/a> in-store if you have\u00a0grievance\u00a0before leaving a review to see if we can make things better.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We ask this as a local family business that is very much part of the community – Not a faceless multinational or chain store.<\/span><\/p>\n
