Promotion 3e Partner<\/span> <\/strong><\/h1>\n

Dalzell’s of Markethill have accepted an invitation by the Northern Ireland Energy Agency<\/strong> to partner in the EU funded ‘Promotion 3e’ <\/strong>campaign. Promotion 3e has a goal to reduce reduce the energy consumption of domestic electrical appliances by encouraging and informing consumers with the help of a select group of electrical retailers from across Europe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As part of this campaign the Northern Ireland Energy Agency will provide additional training to our sales team in kitchen appliances at Dalzell’s of Markethill and they’ll monitor consumer purchasing decisions in kitchen appliances to report to Promotion 3e\u00a0on the campaigns success. The Promotion 3e team will also develop a visual brand label similar to that already accredited by the ‘Energy Saving Trust’<\/strong><\/a> along with accurate literature to help consumers make an educated purchase decision that’ll save them money and protect the environment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What is Promotion 3E?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Promotion 3E; The Promotion of Energy- Efficient Appliances in Europe”, is an Intelligent Energy for Europe funded project. The 75% funded project will run for three years and began in September 2008. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To achieve these objectives the project will focus on training the sales staff of appliances stores such as us at Dalzells so that we can best advise customers on the benefits of using more energy efficient appliances.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
