Independent electrical retailers<\/strong> have scored highly in the latest ‘Retail Satisfaction Survey’ <\/strong>conducted by the independent consumer magazine Which?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Independent electrical retailers were placed third overall in the Which? ‘Retail Satisfaction Survey’ of ninety-six U.K. retailers.\u00a0 The only electrical retailer who ranked higher than independent electrical retailers was John Lewis, who came second.<\/p>\n

Which? magazine judged retailers on a number of important factors including the available products, the retail environment, staff and convenience.\u00a0 High scorers impressed customers with their staff knowledge and a pleasant shopping environment.\u00a0 This proves once again that there’s more to customer satisfaction than price alone, customer service remains the key factor for U.K. consumers.<\/p>\n

The results of the ‘Retail Satisfaction Survey’ published by Which? have delighted <\/strong> the U.K.’s leading electrical retailers\u2019 association, Retra<\/strong> (Radio. Electrical and Television Retailers Association). <\/em>Bryan Lovewell, Chief Executive of Retra, said: \u201cI am delighted that yet again independent electrical retailers have performed particularly well in the Which? survey, ranking third overall, and second within the electrical sector.”<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cAll of our members pay particular attention to customer needs, ensuring that they receive first-class product knowledge at all times, alongside an enjoyable pleasant environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

We’re also delighted at this result, Dalzell’s of Markethill<\/strong> are an independent, family owned electrical retailer established for more than 50 years.\u00a0 We’re members of Retra and as such subscribe to their ‘Code of Practice’ <\/strong>supporting excellent customer service.\u00a0 We’re also members of Euronics<\/strong>, Europe’s largest independent buying group, bringing you the best best prices and fantastic customer service.<\/p>\n

Some way down the results table, Argos ranked joint 42nd, alongside Tesco.\u00a0 ASDA came close behind in 50th place.\u00a0 Other Electrical multiples did much worse with Comet 72nd, PC World 86th, Currys 92nd, and Currys digital 94th.<\/p>\n
