Another sporting season has passed and we’ve loved seeing our sponsored teams and personalities promote our name and brand with such outstanding sportsmanship. Some too have enjoyed tremendous success lifting titles, cups and championships!<\/p>\n
Portadown Football Club<\/strong><\/span> comfortably secured their promotion and return to the Danske Bank Premiership<\/span><\/strong> as Winners of the Bluefin Championship<\/span><\/strong> after a long absence whilst Markethill Swifts FC<\/span><\/strong> secured promotion<\/strong><\/span> as runners-up in the Mid Ulster Intermediate Section B<\/span><\/strong> as they continued to climb the local football ladder onwards and upwards. We look forward to supporting both clubs next year including the return of the local sporting spectacle that is the Boxing Day Derby between Glenavon and Portadown!<\/p>\n We also continued to provide Sponsorship Support for both City of Armagh FC<\/span><\/strong> and Loughgall FC<\/span><\/strong> through a series of pitch-side advertising boards as Loughgall aka ‘The Villagers’ pushed fellow sponsor Portadown FC hard for the Bluefin Championship – Only missing out on a promotion play-off due to the curtailed season!<\/p>\n We continued our long affiliation with both Armagh RFC<\/span><\/strong> in the Ulster Senior League<\/span><\/strong> and AIL (All Ireland League)<\/span><\/strong> and Banbridge RFC<\/span><\/strong> in the SONI Premiership Section 1<\/span><\/strong> and AIL<\/span><\/strong> as they both battled through another demanding season – We don’t have a comment on the Derby \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n We also had the great honour of Ireland, Ulster and Lions Captain Rory Best<\/span><\/strong> pulling on his home clubs jersey for an IRFU photoshoot which was widely publicised. Rory is an outstanding sportsman, leader and icon for soo many people and we’re proud to be able to call him a close friend of the business.<\/p>\n We continued our sponsorship of local man and friend of the business Darren Gas<\/strong><\/a> as he and Co-driver Enda Sherry<\/span><\/strong> were rewarded for their efforts and talent by lifting the RS Winners Title<\/strong><\/span> at the Midland Rally<\/span><\/strong>. Meanwhile we also continued our sponsorship of up and coming motorsport prospect Letisha Conn<\/span><\/strong> of Conn Motorsport<\/span><\/strong>, this inspiring young woman (of just 14 years old) has continued her journey of success following her RSA Class 1 Championship<\/span><\/strong>, Formula Female Star Driver<\/strong><\/span> and Irish Cup Wins<\/span><\/strong> with plans for the Irish Forestry Championship, Rally Sport Association Summer Championship and the IJ1000 Championship in Scotland later this year.<\/p>\n Having previously sponsored a Cup in GAA we were introduced to St. Bronagh’s<\/span> <\/strong>in Rostrevor<\/span> <\/strong>through one of our staff, we were delighted to take up the opportunity to become their main shirt sponsor with O’Neils<\/span><\/strong> crafting a fethching new strip for the new season!<\/p>\n Finally Armagh Ladies Hockey<\/span><\/strong> enjoyed another great season with a number of the girls being called up for international duty<\/span><\/strong>!<\/p>\n We look forward to another year of sporting success with our Sportsmen and Sportswomen, we love being able to be support them and celebrate the pride they give our communities, especially in such difficult times.
