You&#8217;ll need a scone cutter and a lined baking tray.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>335g Self Raising Soda flour (or Self Raising flour )<\/li>\n<li>110g butter ( at room temperature )<\/li>\n<li>60g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 medium eggs<\/li>\n<li>pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 fl oz buttermilk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 220C<\/li>\n<li>Sift the flour into a wide bowl, rub in the butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Break the eggs into a small bowl and add about half of the buttermilk.
