What is Wheaten Bread?<\/h2>\n

In Northern Ireland brown soda bread is known as wheaten bread and is made with wholemeal flour.<\/p>\n

A staple of many Northern Irish homes through the decades, homemade wheaten bread<\/strong> has become a firm favourite in households again.<\/p>\n

A healthier option and a good source of energy<\/strong>, this wheaten loaf has been given a modern twist with the addition of pumpkin and sesame seeds for that extra nutritional value.<\/p>\n

So, if you’re not able to get out or there’s a shortage of bread in the shops, you can bake this quick and easy bread at home.<\/strong><\/p>\n
