History

Established in 1985, Britannia specialises in Range Cookers amongst a host of other Kitchen Appliances - and has dedicated itself to range cooking ever since. Britannia started with a very small team. Since then it has seen steady growth, which led to larger premises in 1999 in the shape of Britannia House. There are now over 50 people employed at its head offices. Britannia has its own delivery and installation team, as well as service engineers to ensure the cookers get the attention they deserve, all the way from the warehouse to your kitchen. Like many manufacturers, Britannia has its own Home Economist to help owners with any cooking queries or to provide some culinary inspiration. Britannia is passionate about cooking.

Britannia Range Cookers blend perfectly with just about any style of kitchen thanks to the variety of both contemporary and classic designs. The range is designed to make life in the kitchen more pleasurable and each and every one is manufactured to the very highest quality standards. Meanwhile, the Built-In Ovens are available in 60cm or 90cm, single or double, and appliances feature "Quickstart", the fast pre-heat function. Britannia professional Gas Hotplates are available in 60cm, 90cm and 120cm and are designed with quality, durability and functionality in mind. For its range of Hoods, a selection is available comprising Island, Wall-Mounted and Canopy versions.

Complementing the cooker range, Nebraska is the cool new range of American Fridge-Freezers from Britannia. These fridge-freezers are designed to keep your food fresh and full of flavour. Your fruit and vegetables, for instance, will stay juicy and crispy in the Humidity Crisper while the SweetSpot™ shelf serves up delicious ready-to-eat ice cream. The A-rated, energy saving Nebraska is available in four main colourways to match Britannia cookers, and Colourange allows you to choose any colour you can imagine.
