Communities are the building blocks on which our society is based and a part of our everyday lives. The strength of a community and the values it holds play a crucial role in the development and aspirations of our young people.
Our Belief
Armagh Electrical.com and Dalzell's of Markethill are an integral part of the local community. We realise that business has responsibilities; we welcome this and see at as an opportunity to build strong bonds and make a difference for others.
What we're doing
Armagh Electrical.com and Dalzell's of Markethill provides sponsorship to a large number of local sports teams that have shown a concerted effort to involve young people and the wider community.
Recently we became a corporate member of the Woodland Trust. We are actively involved in their Trees For All initiative, funding 14 Copse and Hedge Packs, which aim to educate and inform students about the importance of their local environment. Our involvement with the Woodland Trust will, like the 420 trees planted on our behalf this spring, grow and mature in the next few years. To read more about this initiative click here.

Our Links
Below we've listed a selection of the sporting bodies and charities we're currently supporting and working with to improve our communities.
We support a number of local football teams in the wider area. They all operate youth schemes and help support young people in their communities. They are Armagh City FC, Newry City FC, Portadown FC and Loughgall FC.

We are also a proud supporter of local rugby through sponsorship of Armagh RFC and Banbridge RFC.

We recently completed a successful four year main sponsor partnership with local motor sport in the Tandragee 100. The event has seen excellent growth both in participation and crowd numbers during this time.
As part of our commitment to the Woodland Trust and the Trees For All initiative we're making a £1 contribution for every order over £100 on ArmaghElectrical.com

The Future
We have some very exciting plans for the future focusing on doing more in our communities, and we're planning to involve our staff in this. Watch this space!
